Join us for a time of prayer between you and God daily, Monday-Saturday during January 5-18, from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM in our Main Auditorium at our North Campus. We will have worship music playing, and prayer topics available on screen.

the goal of fasting is to draw near to god

It hits the reset button of our soul and renews us from the inside out.

Fasting enables us to celebrate the goodness and mercy of God. It prepares our hearts for all the good things God desires to bring into our lives.

When deciding on a fast, we encourage you to seek God in prayer and follow what the Holy Spirit leads you to do.

    TODAY WE EXPRESS GRATITUDE

    Psalm 103:2 Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all His benefits.

    Consider this: Gratitude re-centers our hearts on God’s faithfulness. Before asking, we remember what He has already done. As you fast today, intentionally name His benefits and let praise come first.

    Pray: Lord, thank You for Your goodness. Help me remember all You have done and trust You for what’s ahead. Amen.

    TODAY WE REALIGN WITH GOD

    Joel 2:12 “Even now,” declares the Lord, “return to me with all your heart”

    Consider this: Repentance is an invitation to come back to God. It is important to ask the Holy Spirit to reveal anything misaligned and surrender it freely, trusting His mercy and restoration.

    Pray: Father, search my heart. I turn back to You and receive Your grace and renewal. Amen.

    TODAY WE ASK FOR GUIDANCE

    Psalm 32:8 I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go.

    Consider this: God delights in leading His children. Quiet distractions and bring your decisions before Him. Trust His direction and respond with obedience.

    Pray: God, guide me today. Help me hear Your voice and walk in obedience. Amen.

    TODAY WE SEEK TO GROW SPIRITUALLY

    Colossians 2:6–7 Continue to live your lives in Him, rooted and built up in Him.

    Consider this: Spiritual growth begins beneath the surface. Ask God to strengthen your foundations and form character before visibility.

    Pray: Lord, grow my faith deep and steady. Shape my heart to become more like You. Amen.

    Joshua 24:15 As for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.

    Devotional: God cares deeply about families. Pray for unity, healing, and salvation, trusting God to work beyond what we can see in our children marriages and extended family. 

    Pray: God, I place my family in Your hands. Bring unity, health, and faith to our homes. Amen.

    Jeremiah 30:17 I will restore you to health and heal your wounds.

    Consider this: God is the Great Physician! He restores bodies, hearts, and minds. Bring every area of need to Him and trust His healing power. 

    Pray: Jehovah Rapha, You are my Healer.  Restore what is broken and renew my hope as I trust You. Amen.

    Matthew 6:33 Seek first the kingdom… and all these things will be added to you.

    Consider this: God knows your needs. Release worry and seek Him first, trusting His provision and perfect timing.

    Pray: Lord, I trust You as my provider. Help me seek You first and rest in Your care. Amen.

    Psalm 34:4 I sought the Lord, and He answered me, He delivered me from all my fears.

    Consider this: Jesus offers true freedom. Bring strongholds into the light and declare God’s truth as you choose freedom daily.

    Pray: Jesus, thank You for freedom. Break every stronghold and help me walk in victory. Amen.

    TODAY WE PRAY FOR THE “C” CHURCH

    Matthew 16:18 “This is the rock on which I will put together my church, a church so expansive with energy that not even the gates of hell will be able to keep it out.”

    Consider this: The Church is God’s plan to reach the world. Pray for unity, strength, and spiritual power.

    Pray: God, strengthen Your Church. Unite us and use us to bring hope to the world. Amen.

    TODAY WE PRAY FOR OUR NATION

    2 Chronicles 7:14 If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land. 

    Consider this: We have this promise that God will hear us when we ask Him to heal our land. The people of God have the powerful tool of intercession. We must pray for wisdom, humility, and revival across our nation. 

    Pray: Lord, have mercy on our nation. Guide our leaders and turn hearts back to You. Amen.

    TODAY WE PRAY FOR REVIVAL

    Psalm 85:6 Will you not revive us again, that your people may rejoice in you?

    Consider this: Revival starts personally. Ask God to renew passion, hunger, and joy in His presence.

    Pray: God, renew my heart. Start revival in me and move in my church and city. Amen.

    TODAY WE PRAY FOR CITIZEN LOCAL AND GLOBAL MISSIONS PARTNERS

    Romans 10:15 How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!

    Consider this: Every believer is sent. Ask God for courage and awareness to live on mission daily and to pray for and support others who are living this out. 

    Pray: Lord, use us to be Your hands and feet, bringing physical and spiritual renewal to the places you have called us.

    TODAY WE PRAY FOR PROTECTION

    Isaiah 54:17 No weapon formed against you shall prosper.

    Consider this: God is our protector. Rest in His covering over every area of your life. In a world full of evil, you can trust that God is with you and has you in His care. 

    Pray: God, thank You for Your protection. I pray for Your hand to cover me and my family.

    TODAY WE GIVE GOD PRAISE

    Psalm 77:14  You are the God who works wonders; you have made known your might among the peoples.

    Consider this: Reflect on what God has done and trust Him for what’s next. Finish this time of prayer and fasting with gratitude and expectation. This is a year of miracles renewal.  We can say with confidence “THERE IS MORE!”

    Pray: Father, thank You for all You’ve done. I trust You to complete every good work You’ve begun. Amen.
